Chennai Flood Relief Fund Claiming Process

If you want to claim the fund which has been announcement by the government of Tamil Nadu for the flood relief, then please follow the below steps.

Step 1: Download the Flood Relief Form, Click Here

Step 2: Fill in the required details

Step 3: Attach the copies of below document

1) Ration Card

2) Aadhaar Card

3) Bank Pass Book (You would need the IIFC Code (http://banksifsccode.com/)

Step 4: After filling and attaching the copy of the document

Step 5: Sign the form

Step 6: Handover this document to your Taluk Office in your district
