You would be sent an SMS from "MyGovt" with the OTP. One Time Password is valid only for 15 minutes.
Enter your OTP in the "Enter OTP" Box.
Click or Select "Try Your Luck!!" button.
Terminal ID - You would need to enter your Terminal ID.
Merchant ID - You would need to enter your Merchant Card Number
And this is what your would see if you are not the winner.
