ICICI Bank enhances its InstaBIZ app for MSMEs with full banking and value-added services. Part of the content & Image - (C) to ICICI Bank and their entity ICICI Bank, a private sector lender, introduced an improved and complete version of its InstaBIZ app on Thursday to cater to its micro, small, and medium (MSME) clients as well as non-ICICI Bank MSME customers through increased banking and value-added services (VAS). MSMEs with accounts with other banks will have 'guest' access to the redesigned app, allowing them to take use of services such as InstaOD Plus, which will issue a paperless overdraft facility of up to Rs 25 lakh. While ICICI Bank's MSME clients would be able to activate the OD into their current account immediately, MSMEs from other banks will need to create a current account with the bank digitally via video KYC in order to avail the service.
