Nikshay Mobile App
Lets look at a useful phone app called Nikshay. This app has been released by Revised National TB control Program (RNTCP) Medical. The app description in Google Play read as, Nikshay is a unified ICT system for TB patient management and care in India and allows both public and private sector health care providers to manage their patients.
The mobile App has basic support such as entering patients, adding medical test details, treatment details, declaring outcomes, monitoring adherence (including 99DOTS and MERM) and performing various patient management tasks. It does not support editing enrollment details, downloading reports and DBT.
