Saregama Carvaan Apps
Lets look at a useful phone app called Saregama Carvaan. This app has been released by Saregama India Ltd Music & Audio. The app description in Google Play read as, The Saregama Carvaan app is to be used along with the new Saregama Carvaan Premium music player. This app enables you to browse through the library of 5000 old Hindi songs that is pre-loaded on Saregama Carvaan Premium. In addition, the app allows you to search for your favourite song or even create playlists of your choice.
Just like the music player, the Saregama Carvaan app is also categorized into Artistes, Specials and Ameen Sayani’s Geetmala countdown collection. The similarity in categorization will allow you to easily navigate your way through this app.
This is how you can use the app in conjunction with the Saregama Carvaan Premium music player:
- View the entire list of songs available under a station
- Whether its Mohammed Rafi, Kishore Kumar, Lata Mangeshkar, Shashi Kapoor or Amitabh Bachchan, tap on the image of your favourite artiste to see the entire list of songs available on his/her station. All stations, across all categories (i.e. Artistes, Specials and Ameen Sayani’s Geetmala spanning 50 years) listed on the Saregama Carvaan
Premium music player can be viewed on the app.
Play songs on demand
- Now that you have the entire song list in front of you, play songs as per your choice. We believe it’s the perfect way to enjoy our range of specially curated stations like Songs with Dialogues, Film Instrumental, Hindustani Classical etc. But of course, you can tune to any station of your choice.
Enjoy a lean back experience
- If you prefer that we do the hard work. Go to Hema Malini, Dharmendra or any of the 130+ stations on the app. Tap on the station name, for eg: Zeenat Aman station. Sit back and enjoy.
Search for a specific song
- Can’t locate where your favorite artiste is listed? Not a problem. Type in the name of the artiste like V.Shantaram, Asha Bhosle or any other to view a list of all their songs. Or if you are looking for something specific, simply type the song name / album name and search.
Create playlists
- You can create multiple playlists on the app. Make a playlist for different parts of the day or a variety of moods. We love to name our playlists The Happy List, Best of Romance, Non-stop Dance and Ghazals for the Soul. So go ahead, be creative. Give your playlist a fun name and add songs to go with it.
