A pollution free residential community
I happened to visit Eden Park by
Pragnya at Siruseri. The travel from Shollinganallur signal to Siruseri
SIPCOT got over in less than 20 minutes. As I entered the beautiful SIPCOT
campus, I could see the huge TCS campus like a football stadium in front of me.
I then had to take some turns to enter into the serene Eden park campus. The
place had large images explaining facilities that are there in the Eden Park
Community. I could easily understand why Eden Park is considered one of the
best sporting community.
I went through the details of various apartments available
for sales and upcoming blocks that are under construction. When I looked at the
brands that they use I remembered Roca brand. The only thing that I could
recollect was the Clean Your Heart video by Roca.

I went through all the USPs of the
property which were one of the best that I had seen as part of my property
search.
During the property tour, I came across a green campus.
That's when I realized that the pollution level at Eden Park was comparatively
lower than other parts of Chennai.

2. Beautiful green campus
3. Wide corridors
4. World class flooring and
5. Easy accessibility to companies
6. Good potable water
I thought that was one of the best residential complexes
that I had visited in the recent past.
