Does not function smoothly, gets disconnected off and on. Asianet and Asianet Plus channels are not provided. Not up to expectations.

App is not working on Android TV. When I open any channel it shows "Currently Not Available". Another problem in mobile app is when I login with my mobile number and add my email address in the settings, it says email account already exists. Then, I logged with email address and went update the phone number, it says phone number already exists.
