Win up-to 10 million in cash, participate in EVangelise '22 - Electric Vehicle Innovation Challenge

EVangelise emerged as India's largest EV innovation challenge after a phenomenal response to its inaugural edition. EVangelise, now in its second year, has been positioned as a 'Made for Industry' challenge built around the industry's real problem statements.

The overarching theme of EVangelise '22 is to provide the Indian EV industry with advanced technology solutions created by start-ups that are designed, developed, and patented in India. We believe that breakthrough innovation in 2W and 3W EVs must occur at the sub-component level, and that this can provide Indian manufacturers with a long-term competitive advantage by ensuring that these sub-components are used in EVs manufactured around the world. These will be some of the world's lowest cost, most cutting-edge components, meeting Indian pricing requirements as well as global quality and performance standards. This opens up a plethora of opportunities and the possibility of being a part of an exciting revolution for innovators as well.

DETAILED ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA under Tech Development Innovation Category:

- Team of 1-5

- Concept and Designs are ready but not yet prototyped

- Representatives of academic, research and corporate can apply

- Must be willing to work on the given problem statements

- Must spend at least 50% of their time at the iCreate campus during the ‘development’ period

Manufacturing Partnership Innovation Category:

- Working of the prototype can be demostrated through videos and photos

- Demonstrable defensibility (can be patented) or improvement over existing technologies

- Basic competition analysis done

- Independence of supply chain problems (import dependence) to some degree

- Validated industry or market requirement
