Independence Day Unique Greeting Message - Reflecting Indian Independence Day

Message to Indian youth about Independence Day As we approach yet another Independence Day on 15th August, a day deeply rooted in the soul of India, I find myself reflecting on the true essence of this day. For those of us who have lived through the trials and tribulations of a developing nation, the 15th of August isn't just a date on the calendar; it is a symbol of hard fought freedom, a reminder of our forefathers' sacrifices, and a call to action for the future. As a matured adult, I want to pass on some reflections to the younger generation Millennials and Gen Z who are the torchbearers of India's future. History of Indian Independence Day India's Independence Day marks the end of British colonial rule and the beginning of a new era for the country. On 15th August 1947, India woke up to freedom, a momentous occasion that came after nearly 200 years of British domination. The struggle for independence was not an easy journey; it was marked by countless sacrifices,...

Chandrayaan-3 make Indian Flag and Indian Brain in the Moon

India makes history when Chandrayaan-3 successfully lands on the moon On August 23, 2023, India made history when its Chandrayaan-3 spacecraft landed safely on the moon. The landing was the result of years of work by the Indian Space Research Organization (ISRO), and it is a big step forward for India's space program. India's third journey to the moon is called Chandrayaan-3. The first one, Chandrayaan-1, was sent into space in 2008 and spent a year going around the moon. The second, called Chandrayaan-2, was launched in 2019 and was meant to land a lander and robot on the moon's surface. But the lander crashed as it got close to the surface, so the robot couldn't be sent out. Chandrayaan-3 was built to learn from Chandrayaan-2's mistakes and land gently on the moon. There is a lander, a rover, and an orbiter on the spaceship. The Vikram lander landed on the surface of the moon at 6:15 IST (12:45 GMT). The robot, which is called Pragyan, will be sent out from the la...

What is on Today's Google Homepage? India Independence Day 2023

Google Doodle Celebrates - India Independence Day | 15 August Today's Doodle is a celebration of India's Independence Day. It was drawn by Namrata Kumar, a guest artist from New Delhi. On this day in 1947, India got rid of British rule and started a new era.  A ceremony is held every year at Red Fort in Delhi, where the Prime Minister is present, to mark the first day of freedom. People sing the national anthem and honor the people who led the fight for freedom. Movies about freedom fighters are shown on TV, and in schools and neighborhoods, children take part in plays and games as part of cultural events. Many people choose to spend this holiday with their families, friends, and neighbors. Flying kites on Independence Day has been a custom for a long time, so don't forget to look up and spot a few tricolor kites flying high in the sky. Happy Independence Day to all my fellow citizens! Understand "Cloudburst" in Detail to see if its artificially possible

Cloudburst -  is it part of Global Warming & Climate Change A cloudburst is a large amount of precipitation in a short period, sometimes accompanied by hail and thunder, that can cause flooding. Cloudbursts may rapidly drop massive volumes of water, for example, 25 mm of precipitation equals 25,000 metric tonnes per square kilometer (1 inch corresponds to 72,300 short tonnes over one square mile). Cloudbursts, on the other hand, are uncommon because they occur only when there is an orographic lift or when a warm air parcel combines with colder air, resulting in quick condensation. A huge volume of runoff from higher elevations is sometimes confused with a cloudburst. The name "cloudburst" originates from the idea that clouds, like water balloons, may burst, causing quick precipitation. Happy Republic Day 2021

Happy Republic Day, India!  Home to approximately one-sixth of the global population, India is among the most diverse countries in the world. Today’s Doodle, illustrated by Mumbai-based guest artist Onkar Fondekar, honors the day 72 years ago when the Indian Constitution took effect and made official the country’s full transition to a sovereign republic. In celebration of India’s Republic Day, today’s Doodle artwork reflects the range of vibrant cultures that bring the colorful nation to life.  While Republic Day only dates back to 1949, many elements of the subcontinent’s culture have been evolving for centuries. With origins that stretch back hundreds of years, musical instruments such as the dholak (a two-headed hand drum) and the sitar (a long-necked stringed instrument), both featured in the Doodle artwork, are just a few examples of India’s rich heritage.  From its distinctive architectural styles to the Bollywood film industry, India’s cultural impact is felt acros...

Youth’s interest

Indian Elections  Worlds largest democracy is going through the final lap of elections and May 16 the results will be out.  Its been told that youth population of the country would be the deciding factor of the election results and the new government which will form the next government, Twenty-two per cent youngsters participated in campaign activities in 2011 as compared to 14% in 2009. Not that the enthusiasm necessarily translated into more: not many urban youngsters came out to vote. An analysis of Lok Sabha elections since 1996 showed that participation of young urban voters increased from 49% to 54% between 1996 and 1998, but stagnated after that. Youths in India's villages participated more than those in the cities. As for the youth of our country, they can contribute in more ways than just contesting elections. Much can be done in areas like educating people, raising awareness about various social ills, and many other areas. Nearly 40 per cent of the Indian popul...
