The Reserve Bank of India has issued a Concept Note on India's Central Bank Digital Currency (CBDC) Central Bank Digital Currency (CBDC) is a digital representation of a central bank's currency notes. Apps not authorised for FOREX Trading - RBI

 List of Apps & Website which is not Authorised to Deal with Forex Trading in India (RBI) Reserve Bank of India has given the list of apps, company and their website which are not authorised to deal with Forex in India.   The Alert List contains names of entities which are neither authorised to deal in forex under the Foreign Exchange Management Act, 1999 (FEMA) nor authorised to operate electronic trading platform (ETP) for forex transactions under the Electronic Trading Platforms (Reserve Bank) Directions, 2018. This list is not exhaustive and is based on what was known to RBI at the time of publication. An entity not appearing in the list should not be assumed to be authorised by the RBI. RBI UPI for Feature Phones (UPI123pay) and 24x7 Digital Payments Helpline (DigiSaathi)

The Reserve Bank of India has launched two new services: (a) UPI for Feature Phones (UPI123pay) and (b) a 24x7 Digital Payments Helpline (DigiSaathi) During the launch of the two projects, RBI Governor Shri Shaktikanta Das emphasised the importance of these initiatives in increasing the diversity, utility, and transformative impact of digital technologies in the country. These activities will help to strengthen the digital ecosystem and increase financial inclusion. The Governor further underlined that the RBI is dedicated to creating a conducive environment for this.
