  Message to Indian youth about Independence Day As we approach yet another Independence Day on 15th August, a day deeply rooted in the soul of India, I find myself reflecting on the true essence of this day. For those of us who have lived through the trials and tribulations of a developing nation, the 15th of August isn't just a date on the calendar; it is a symbol of hard fought freedom, a reminder of our forefathers' sacrifices, and a call to action for the future. As a matured adult, I want to pass on some reflections to the younger generation Millennials and Gen Z who are the torchbearers of India's future. Google Doodle Celebrates - India Independence Day | 15 August Today's Doodle is a celebration of India's Independence Day. It was drawn by Namrata Kumar, a guest artist from New Delhi. On this day in 1947, India got rid of British rule and started a new era.  A ceremony is held every year at Red Fort in Delhi, where the Prime Minister is present, to mark the first day of freedom. People sing the national anthem and honor the people who led the fight for freedom. Movies about freedom fighters are shown on TV, and in schools and neighborhoods, children take part in plays and games as part of cultural events. Many people choose to spend this holiday with their families, friends, and neighbors. This year Independence Day Speech could be the longest one by duration from that podium.  PM Modi did sweat it out while delivering his speech without any tiredness. His habit, discipline and yoga should be the secret. The speech has been Classified into 11 pointers which was extracted from " Narendra Modi" mobile application. NAmo did speak about electrifying the 18,500 villages in next 1000 days.  Modi is smart in quoting the deadline in days, rather than years. It will take close to 3 years to get this project completed. I am especially interested in START UP INDIA, STAND UP INDIA , it's a very strong statement to drive entrepreneurs in the country by helping to boost "Made In India".
