2022 MacBook Air M2: Impressively thin. Deceivingly expensive as per MKBHD Apple first replaced the Intel chip with an m1 chip in the wedge-shaped MacBook air pick then they completely redesigned the computer around Apple silken with an m2 talk, so theoretically this is more than just a refresh. However, this is just the beginning of Apple's transition to their silicon, which would allow them to unlock levels of optimization and streamlining that was previously impossible when using an off-the-shelf chip from Intel. Now that they have designed the silicon and everything else around it, this is our first glimpse at what Apple is capable of in a tiny and light form factor. It is also deceivingly pricey.
