 The Eternal Message of Thiruppavai Thiruppavai is a collection of 30 Tamil hymns (also known as paasurams) written by the Tamil poet-saint Andal. It is a part of the Divya Prabandha, a collection of 4,000 Tamil verses composed by the 12 Alvars, which are revered as saints in the Vaishnavite tradition of Hinduism. Thiruppavai is considered one of the most important texts in the Vaishnavite tradition and is recited by devotees during the month of Margazhi (December-January) as part of their daily spiritual practice.
