It has been argued that a group approach to farming, especially in the form of bottom up agricultural production collectivities, offers substantial scope for poverty alleviation and empowering the poor as well as enhancing agricultural productivity. To realize this potential, however, the groups would need to be voluntary in nature, small in size, participative in decision making and equitable in work sharing and benefit distribution. Interview Dressing - Matter the most

Interview  Dressing - Matter the most ‘Suitably dressed’ in an interview situation really refers to understanding your prospective employer. Comb through your network to find a current or former employee you can ask, look up the company’s Facebook page to see if they have posted pictures of employees – that will be your first clue as to how you should dress for the interview. Known Qualities of a Success Person

Qualities  carried by a Successful Person 1.  Desire The motivation to succeed comes from the burning desire to achieve a purpose. Just like a small fire cannot give much heat, a weak desire cannot produce great results. 2.  Commitment  Integrity and wisdom are the two pillars on which to build and keep commitments. This point is best illustrated by the manager who told one of his staff members, "Integrity is keeping your commitment even if you lose money and wisdom is not to make such foolish commitments." 3.  Responsibility  People with character accept responsibilities. They make decisions and determine their own destiny in life. Accepting responsibilities involves taking risks and being accountable which is sometimes uncomfortable.
