The deadline is over, where helmet on Chennai roads else ready to face the music with Chennai Traffic Cops.
We live in a country where everything is reactive. If Government want to make it mandatory why can't they instruct that a helmet should be sold when a two Wheeler is purchased.
Again, it for my own safety why I want someone to enforce a rule for me being safe.
