Forget, you don't need any speed test tool to check your internet connection. Google will automatically adjust the webpage or all other application to adapt to your interest speed.
Through cookies Google knows exactly what we are searching, what we are buying and how we are buying. Now they know the speed as well.
I will not be amazed if one day Google tell us that we cannot book IRCTC Ticket as our connection is slow :)
