There have been plenty of news about how to get on with getting a Reliance Jio connection for any handset without buying a new one. The key for getting a Reliance Jio connection seems to be installation of MyJio apps and followed by installing all the other Jio Apps from Google Play Store. How do I access MyJio?You can access MyJio on your smartphone with any network, using your Jio ID and password. If you are accessing MyJio using a Jio SIM, you can Auto-login by clicking on 'Skip' option on Welcome page. The app is compatible with Android OS 4.0 or higher and iOS OS 5.1 or higher.
What is Jio ID?
Jio ID is your key to unlock the entire bouquet of Jio apps and services. Once you have registered your Jio ID, you can use it to access MyJio app, letting you keep a tab on your usage, recharge and top-up or subscribe to other Jio apps. With your Jio ID and password, you can access all your subscribed Jio apps.
Steps for getting Jio ID?
Follow the steps given below to sign up for Jio ID:
- Download MyJio App.
- Tap on ‘Sign Up’.
- Enter your Jio Number.
- Click on 'Generate OTP'. You will receive a one-time-password for verification on your Registered Mobile number.
- On the next screen, enter OTP, the email ID that you would like to set up as your Jio ID and set your password and click on 'Activate'.
- You will receive a link on your selected email ID which you need to click on and verify within 24 hours to activate your Jio account.
- You can now log in to MyJio using your Jio ID and password and start accessing your account.
What can I do using MyJio app?
Using MyJio app you can do the following:
1. View balance & validity for your data, calling & SMS packs.
2. View your active and upcoming plans, along with their validity.
3. Check usage details for your calls, messages & data.
4. Generate detailed account statements for up to 6 months.
5. Locate nearby stores or JioNet hotspots.
6. Link multiple Jio services to a single Jio ID.

What is Launch pad and what are its features?
Launch pad is a feature that allows you to install all Jio apps from MyJio app. The Launch pad provides you a single snapshot of all Jio apps available. Just tap on the app you want to download.
How do I check my usage?
You can check usage of calls, SMS and data from MyJio. Get a snapshot of your most recent usage details from the Usage section of MyJio. Additionally, you can view details of usage for the past six months from My Statement. Just choose a date range from one to 30 days within the last six months and see itemised details of your usage.
Can I manage multiple accounts from within MyJio?
Yes, you can manage multiple Jio numbers from within MyJio. Simply link the account, by OTP verification process and manage accounts for your friends and family with ease.
