Its a welcome move by Big Bazaar to get their stores into Mobile App, however reading through the user comments its disappointing to note that most of the user have complained about the unavailability of the product, difficult in navigation. Some of the user have also requested for a training on using their app and its to our imagination how bad the app should be. Anyways its a welcome move, however the UI and UX needs to be much better and hope the developers of Big Bazaar Mobile app read this and update their mobile apps with better UI and UX along with user friendly menus and navigation.
